Thinking about having your next get-together, family celebration or birthday party at the pool?  This is a  wonderful “Membership Benefit” at the Ben Franklin Swim Club!

Reserve exclusive access to one of our shaded pavilions, complete with 3 picnic tables and a grill for your own use! All Party Requests must be reserved at least 7 days in advance with the date and time of the party. Please complete the Party Reservation Request Form to book your event. You will be contacted by our Social Chair, Eryn Mera ([email protected]), to confirm your booking details.  

  • Parties will be a flat $200 all-inclusive fee plus a refundable $50 Deposit
    • $50 Refundable Deposit
      • Holds your date and time
      • Will be returned after Pavilion is inspected by Pool Manager on Duty for proper cleanup of the party
    • Exclusive use of either the Shallow or Dive Pavillion
    • Up to 50 total guests (member/non-member/swimming/non-swimming)

Parties will be scheduled in 3 hour time slots. It is quite possible that more than one party will be scheduled during the same time period, but only one party will be booked into each Pavilion at a time.

  • Rentals are available – 12:30-3:30pm or 4:30-7:30pm
  • 3 Hours of party time, plus 1 Hour set-up time
    • Cleanup should be complete within 15 minutes of the party ending to allow enough time for the next party to setup.
      • Cleanup includes removing all decor, placing all trash in proper receptacles, and wiping down the tables.
      • The Pool Manager on Duty will inspect the pavilion with the member at the conclusion of the party.
        • If the pavilion is not properly cleaned, you will forfeit the $50 deposit.
        • The cost of any property damage by a guest will be charged to the responsible member of the party.
      • Non-Member Guests will be required to sign in at the Front Desk and complete a waiver.

All guests must be informed of the swim club rules.

  • Members are responsible for ensuring their guests understand the rules, especially diving rules.
  • Please note alcohol is not permitted at parties since alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

You will have access to the shared Member Refrigerator to keep items cold, use of the Propane Grill at the pavilion (provide your own grilling tools), and extra trash bags are available at the Front Desk. The Pool Manager on Duty can empty your trash cans during the party at your request if needed.

 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event by contacting the Social Chairperson, Eryn Mera ([email protected]).  If a cancellation is not made with 48 hours notice, your $50 deposit will be forfeited.
