The Ben Franklin Swim Club is looking for responsible, energetic lifeguards to join our team for the 2026 summer season!
If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a fun team, and helping create a safe environment for families and swimmers, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Details:
• Seasonal Summer Position (Memorial Day – Labor Day)
• Flexible shifts available
• Competitive pay
• Friendly, family-oriented swim club environment
Requirements:
• Current Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or equivalent)
• CPR/AED & First Aid Certification
• Strong swimming skills and attentiveness
• Reliability and a positive attitude
